Kitchen Assistant na Open Arms Care

At Open Arms Care, we believe meals are more than just food—they’re part of a client’s healing, dignity, and daily joy. As a Kitchen Assistant, you’ll play an important role in preparing therapeutic meals, keeping our kitchens running smoothly, and ensuring clients receive the care and nutrition they deserve.

What You’ll Do:

• Prepare and portion meals based on dietary needs.

• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, safety, and supplies.

• Deliver meals and groceries to homes and our Enrichment Center.

• Assist with ordering, inventory, and shopping.

• Partner with the Kitchen Supervisor to provide excellent service.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED.

• Previous food prep/cooking experience preferred (but not required).

• Knowledge of food safety guidelines helpful.

• Valid TN driver’s license required.

• Team player with a positive, dependable attitude.
