Now Hiring: Direct Care Associates
Pay: $17.84 - $22.54 per hour, based on assigned program and shift.
Shifts: Full-time & Part-time, including afternoon/evening, overnight and weekend shifts.

We are currently seeking Direct Care Associates to join our compassionate and skilled team. In this role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals in various programs, including developmental disability residential and day programs, intermediate care facilities (ICF), adult mental health residential, and residential substance use programs for non-pregnant women, pregnant, and recently post-partum women and their infants. Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, implementing individualized care plans, and offering emotional and behavioral support to help individuals lead independent and fulfilling lives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
A minimum of one year of direct care experience working with those living with developmental disabilities, mental illness, and substance use disorders. A valid Virginia driver's license and acceptable driving record are required. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, reliability, and the ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
