About the role

We are seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst for a temporary position to cover maternity leave. This role will be responsible for managing and maintaining the HR information systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing support to HR functions. The position is expected to last for the duration of the maternity leave, with an estimated end date of Dec-2026.

As an Sr. HRIS Analyst (supporting SuccessFactors), you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our human resources information system to meet the needs of our organization. You will work closely with various HR teams, IT department, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful utilization and maintenance of the SuccessFactors tool, including more complex data management and administration, mass uploads preparation, reporting, coordinating interdependencies with of overall HR processes, linkage to our PBI (PowerBI) reporting and analytics, and project related work.

About your responsibilities at SPX Flow

  • System Administration: Serve as the primary point of contact for all system-related inquiries, user access, and security administration. Maintain system integrity, troubleshoot issues, and manage system upgrades and patches via escalating to SF IT team for configuration and deeper troubleshooting.
  • Data Management: Perform more complex data corrections. Oversee data integrity and accuracy within the HRIS system. Maintain and enhance data governance processes, perform regular audits, and identify areas for improvement. Generate reports and analyze data to support HR and business objectives. Business / HR analytics and strong leverage of the business as they make decisions
  • Process optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and maximize the capabilities of the SuccessFactors system. Collaborate with HR stakeholders to assess system functionality, recommend enhancements, and implement process improvements.
  • Training and support: Utilize existing training materials and conduct user training sessions to ensure successful adoption of the SuccessFactors tool. Provide ongoing support and guidance to HR users, resolving system-related issues and assisting with report generation
  • Vendor Partnership: Collaborate with IT function, external vendors and consultants to address system-related issues, coordinate enhancements, and stay updated on new features and releases

 

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience working as an HRIS Analyst or in a similar HRIS role, ideally with a focus on SuccessFactors implementation and administration
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance Management, Learning Management, Compensation, and Recruitment is preferred
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and practices, including data management, reporting, and compliance
  • Proficiency in HR system configuration, data analysis, and report generation
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data integrity and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
