Job Description
Are you passionate about training and development? We are seeking a dynamic Global Training Lead for Service Logistics (SL) to spearhead our global training strategy. In this pivotal role, you will ensure alignment, consistency, and excellence across all regions, making a significant impact on our workforce.
You will coordinate a network of regional trainers, fostering collaboration and driving the delivery of standardized, high-quality training content that meets our Operational Standards Model (OSM) and customer requirements. You'll play a key role in promoting DSC Operational Excellence principles.

Responsibilities
- Establishes and leads global training community meetings.
- Aligns regional trainers on strategy, ongoing projects, and new initiatives.
- Fosters regional ownership through collaboration on material development and feedback loops.
- Develops and delivers standardized OSM training materials aligned with DSC Ops Ex Modular Standardization Tools.
- Integrates innovative formats (e.g., AI-generated podcasts, videos) into training delivery.
- Manages storage, control, and accessibility of OSM, OWI, and CWI documentation in ETQ.
- Provides content for the Service Logistics quarterly newsletter on training updates, OSM/OWI/CWI changes, and initiatives.
- Shares success stories and best practices across regions.
- Leverages regional feedback to adapt communication and training strategies.
- Shares periodical system release communication.
- Leads the rollout of Service Logistics Excellence Schools in each region.
- Delivers blended learning models combining instructor-led and hands-on workshops.
- Creates role-specific training paths to enhance operational performance.
- Establishes structured feedback loops for regional trainers.
- Regularly reviews and updates training content based on insights and data.
- Uses learner analytics to improve engagement, retention, and application.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree, required.
- 3+ years’ experience in corporate training or learning & development, with preferably some experience in a (global) coordination or leadership role, preferred.
- Proven track record in designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong facilitation skills in both virtual and in-person settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Experience managing standardized training content and documentation in regulated environments.
- Willingness to travel internationally (±10-20%).
