Your role in our team

  • You will operate and adjust postal equipment in a lab setting.
  • You will troubleshoot semi-complex testing processes and support various levels of test execution.
  • You will conduct technical work in a paraprofessional capacity.
  • You will analyze and improve laboratory processes for greater efficiency and productivity.
  • You will manage inventory parts and support cost and scenario analysis.
  • You will implement innovative improvements and perform failure analysis and component evaluation.
  • You will operate a range of testing equipment such as Multimeters, Oscilloscopes, DC power supplies, and Spectrum Analyzers.
  • You will ensure compliance with USPS and industry regulations and standards.

Your profile

  • You have an associate degree or 1–2 years of vocational technical training (preferred).
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in laboratory or machinery environments.
  • You have mechanical and electrical assembly experience.
  • You have strong analytical and communication skills.
  • You are proficient with MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD, and electrical/mechanical software.
  • You bring knowledge of tooling and lab instrumentation.
  • You are team-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are available to travel up to 15% as needed. 
  • Eligible applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The employer will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
