THE OPPORTUNITY AT HAND AND OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU
We’re looking for passionate and empathetic people to join our team as Assistant Materials Manager/ Receiver.
In this role, as assistant Materials Manger/Receiver, you will perform in a multi-faceted capacity, all duties related to Materials Management including inventory control and distribution. Ensure the timely & accurate receipt, ordering, processing, distribution and rotation of medical/surgical supplies to various departments. You will support the Materials Manager.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- High school diploma or GED
- Two year of related experience
- Must be able to lift 30 pounds or more
- Ability to navigate inventory management systems and other technological systems such Envi
- Demonstrate excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize efficiently
- Must be willing to be flexible in regards to scheduling changes that result from staff/patient variance
- Must receive all items in a timely fashion
- Must be able to think proactively and order efficiently when Materials Manager is off
- Must be able to manage back orders
- Must be flexible and a work well with other team members.
