Strategy and Operations Analyst presso RyzLabs

Ryz Labs is looking for a Strategy and Operations Analyst to join the team of a U.S.-based e-commerce company embarking on an exciting expansion journey. You will become a key player in driving the company's success by taking ownership of specific business challenges.

- Work closely with the Product and Marketing General Manager.

- Analyze and oversee specific problem areas within the business, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.

- Develop and execute strategies that directly contribute to the growth and profitability of your assigned segment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that align with the company’s expansion goals.

- Monitor and report on progress, ensuring that objectives are met within established timelines.

- Drive operational efficiencies to optimize performance and maximize profitability in your designated area.

- Act as a thought leader, contributing to the overall strategic direction of the company.

- 4-5 years of experience in strategy or management roles, preferably with backgrounds in leading consultancy firms.

- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects.

- Highly motivated, with an intense, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for driving change.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
