About the Department
About the Job: In this position, you will perform administrative and accounting support activities in support of Patty Jewett and Valley Hi golf courses. This position works closely with the Golf Division Manager, Golf Course Superintendents, Pro Shop Concessionaires, and Restaurant Concessionaires, along with internal and external vendors and customers.
Job Type: Full Time
Work Schedule: Typically, 8:00am—5:00pm, M-F. A flexible work schedule can be discussed with the successful candidate.

Essential Job Functions- the basic job duties an employee must be able to perform:
- Create, analyze, and manage reports from past revenue and expenditures as a management tool for tracking current financial data at both golf courses
- Manage and maintain revenue and expense worksheets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis
- Manage and process invoices for monthly expenses from the concessionaires
- Track pro shop and restaurant concessionaires, capital contributions, and insurance requirements
- Process and record all expenditure documents through invoice processing, purchase orders, contracts, and payment requests in a timely manner
- Track finances and charges of employees with P-Cards
- Generate monthly reports from business banking accounts
- Managing purchase orders requests for equipment and other supplies for both Golf Courses
- Assist the Golf Management team with budget preparations
- Manage the social media accounts and website content for both golf courses
- Assist in the development of marketing and advertising materials for both golf courses using programs such as Canva
- Assist the Golf Superintendent and Management team with projects assigned

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate
Knowledge of:
- General finance and accounting principles
- Modern office procedures and technology, including computers and supporting software applications
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Prioritize duties in order to meet multiple deadlines
Position Duties

- Equivalent to completion of the twelfth grade (high school diploma or GED).
- Five years of full-time, professional experience in a related field.
