The Administrative Assistant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the Clinic in Sussex County. This supervisory role ensures efficient daily workflows by managing and guiding a team of administrative assistants. The supervisor supports clinic operations, ensures compliance with administrative policies, and serves as a liaison between staff and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and support administrative staff in daily functions.
Delegate tasks and ensure administrative workflows are completed efficiently and accurately.
Monitor front desk operations, scheduling, and client intake processes.
Maintain the organization’s electronic medical records (EMR) system and ensure accurate documentation by staff.
Identify operational improvements and implement best practices in clinic administration.
Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including community partners and clients.
Support other departments with general administrative tasks, reporting, and special projects.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Associate's Degree (or higher).
A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience, including supervisory duties.
At least 6 months of hands-on experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with staff, clients, and community agencies.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health clinic operations.
