This senior-level position requires extensive experience in intelligence analysis, demonstrated leadership capabilities, and the ability to mentor junior analysts. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who is comfortable working in a multi-disciplinary R&D environment with similarly motivated electrical engineers, mathematicians, computer scientists, and analysts who are collectively responsible for creating custom digital signal processing solutions and leveraging them to make an operational mission impact.

What are the primary responsibilities for the Mid-Level Intelligence Analyst position? 

  • Lead and oversee holistic deep analysis of the most complex and sensitive signals of interest
  • Serve as subject matter expert utilizing extensive knowledge of national intelligence databases, sources, methodologies, and advanced analytical tradecraft to extract critical intelligence from operational and developmental systems
  • Lead and mentor development teams by providing senior intelligence operator perspective to drive novel analytical tradecraft development; drive strategic direction for CONOPs development and advanced tool architectures and techniques
  • Assist in the deployment and optimization of newly-developed systems in support of high-priority customer mission objectives
  • Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to junior and mid-level analysts
  • Interface with senior leadership and customers to communicate complex technical findings and recommendations
  • Identify new opportunities to pair the technical and analytical in the pursuit of delivery capabilities for our customers.

What required background will make you successful?

  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph
  • US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED
  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related technical field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in signals intelligence, electronic warfare, or related technical analysis field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing technical teams and complex projects
  • Proven ability to conduct comprehensive analysis of complex signal data
  • Experience with signal protocol analysis
  • Proficiency in analyzing various communication protocols (radio, digital, network)
  • Strong data extraction and pattern recognition abilities
  • Experience with statistical analysis and performance metrics evaluation
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical findings to diverse audiences
  • Experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams
  • Comfort with rapidly evolving technologies and mission requirements
  • Attention to detail and precision in analysis and validation processes
  • Proven ability to provide operational feedback to analytic tool technical development teams 
  • Strong understanding of translating operational requirements into technical specifications

Preferred Skills:

  • Current and active Top Secret Clearance with a polygraph
  • Deep Familiarity with Intelligence Community databases and systems
  • Understanding of intelligence collection methodologies and analytical tradecraft standards
  • Expert knowledge of intelligence oversight, legal frameworks, and operational security protocols
  • Experience briefing senior leadership and external customers
  • Knowledge of classification guidelines and operational security considerations
  • Knowledge of classification guidelines and operational security considerations
  • Experience with electronic warfare or signals intelligence systems
  • Background in cross-functional team environments
  • Previous experience bridging technical and operational perspectives
  • Experience with concepts of operations (CONOPS) development 
  • Professional certifications in relevant technical areas
  • Advanced certifications in signals intelligence or electronic warfare
  • Experience with emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum communications, etc.)
  • Published research or presentations in relevant technical areas
  • Previous experience in senior technical or leadership roles within the Intelligence Community
