Sloane Honda has an opening to join our Service team as a cashier.

** Bilingual; English/Spanish speaking candidate is highly desired.

-Full time Hours
-Consistent weekly schedules given

-We are closed on Sunday.

This position includes daily interaction with our customers and staff as a key member of our daily operations.

Job Description:

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional Customer Service at all times.
• Responsibilities include receiving payments for Service visits and Part purchases.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and providing relevant information.
• Operate our main telephone system to answer incoming calls, determine needs of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department.
• Perform various internal clerical duties.

Requirements:

• Comfortable in a Customer Service based setting
• Basic math skills, comfortable working on a computer
• Excellent communication and phone skills
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and a professional demeanor
• Enjoy an all hands on deck team mentality
