As a Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments and materials for the company. This position plays a vital role in maintaining inventory accuracy by promptly entering data into the ERP system, verifying incoming goods, and supporting inventory control procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Essential Functions:
- Receive incoming materials, supplies, and products from vendors and carriers.
- Accurately enter receiving data into ERP system in a timely manner.
- Deliver materials to the proper inventory location, department, or personnel.
- Unload delivery trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment as necessary.
- Work with Purchasing to resolve product and shipment discrepancies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding the storage location of parts and materials.
- Engage with vendors and drivers with a positive and professional attitude.
- Maintain clean work area, including compressing cardboard for recycling purposes.
- Follow and comply with all safety protocols and work regulations.
- Maintain reliable and predictable attendance.

Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Must hold valid driver’s license with ability to travel to other work locations.
- At least 1 year of previous experience working in a receiving department.
- Demonstrate computer literacy, to include use of Microsoft Outlook.

Work Environment:
Work environment is light industrial, with exposure to a moderate level of noise. Sitting, standing, and bending at waist for up to 3 consecutive hours at time. May need to climb ladders and reach above shoulder height for extended periods of time. May be exposed to fumes and airborne particles. Must be able to move freely between aisles of parts, equipment, shelving units. Must be able to carry or lift at least 50 pounds.
