Barn Sprayer - 1st shift na Cooper Farms

A commitment to teamwork and quality has made us one of the top turkey, hog and egg companies in the U.S. and awarded the company and its team an excellent reputation.  Our Fort Recovery Feed & Animal Division in Mercer and Darke counties, in Ohio, produces and delivers feed while providing support to our contract farmers raising animals for production.  Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Barn Sprayer to join our team in Fort Recovery.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-3:00pm (some Saturday work is required).

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $17.45 with the potential of increasing to $17.95 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position.  Job functions include:

• Cleaning and disinfecting spray trucks, walls, ceilings, curtains, fans and pads of turkey barns. 
• Handling all disinfect according to the MSDS.
• Wearing all required personal protective equipment. 
• Following all biosecurity practices.
