Career Opportunities: Intern Corporate Development (all genders) (19090)
At Beiersdorf, we want to help people feel good about their skin – and our commitment goes far beyond caring for skin. For 140 years, we have developed innovative skin and body care products for well-known brands such as NIVEA, Eucerin, La Prairie, Hansaplast, and Labello. We act according to our purpose, WE CARE BEYOND SKIN, and take responsibility for our consumers, our employees, the environment and society.
Behind every brand, every product and every accomplishment are our more than 20,000 employees. It is for them that we live an inclusive culture of respect and trust that is strongly aligned with our values – CARE, COURAGE, SIMPLICITY and TRUST. We also embrace diversity by valuing the uniqueness of each individual and being committed to equal opportunities for all.
Your Tasks
Step into the Room Where Big Decisions Happen
Join our Corporate Development Team and gain a rare behind-the-scenes view of top management decision-making. As an intern, you’ll contribute to shaping strategic initiatives and play a key role in supporting the development of Beiersdorf’s strategic agenda. From day one, you’ll contribute to projects that matter – especially in preparing and coordinating our global executive conference and high-impact workshops.
You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, international environment where no two days are the same. With a structured mindset, hands-on attitude, and sharp eye for detail, you don’t just keep up – you stay one step ahead. You’re ready to roll up your sleeves, manage complexity with ease, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
What you’ll do:
- You support the planning and coordination of our annual global leadership conference and top management workshops – and gradually take ownership of your own workstreams,
- You contribute to cross-functional strategic projects – from brainstorming and framing to supporting implementation.
- You conduct market and competitor analysis that help inform key discussions,
- You help craft impactful presentations that support strategic decision-making,
- You assist in documenting meetings, summarizing decisions and keeping stakeholders aligned.
Your Profile
- You’re currently pursuing your master’s degree in economics, business, or engineering – and eager to apply theory to real-world challenges.
- You work independently with precision and a sense of ownership.
- You break down complex problems with a sharp analytical mindset and a bias for action.
- You bring structure to chaos and enjoy juggling multiple priorities.
- You communicate clearly and confidently – both in writing and in person.
- You’re discreet, reliable, and a trusted partner to those around you.
- You know your way around PowerPoint and Excel – and maybe even GenAI tools.
- You’re fluent in English and enrolled in university for the full duration of the internship.
- You have previous experience – or a strong interest – in strategic topics or decision-making within the consumer goods (CPG) industry.
