As Business Unit Automotive & Speciality Lamps we support our vision and strategy by expanding our leading position in the automotive lighting market in OEM and Aftermarket. We are in a global leadership position in the automotive lamps business in traditional and LED applications and offer industry leading products in LED lighting to global OEM customers (e.g. with exchangeable LED light sources). We also tackle new growth opportunities in the Aftermarket with our automotive care and equipment portfolio.

Your new responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers in the OEM & AFTM sectors across Europe
  • Conducting market analyses, generating ideas, evaluating new technologies, suppliers, markets, and current/future market and customer requirements
  • Identifying new business opportunities and customer potential
  • Independent planning and execution of customer-specific OEM/OES/AFTM projects, considering automotive and customer requirements
  • Close collaboration with internal and external customers, including preparation of quotations and contract documents
  • Defining and implementing tools and measures to support organizational targets, as well as developing suitable sales strategies and new sales approaches
  • Acting as the central point of contact for customers, sales, purchasing, marketing, supply chain, packaging department, and other departments


Who we are looking for


  • Successfully completed university degree (Master’s or Diploma) in a scientific, economic, or technical field, with several years of professional experience in the LED business (fixtures)
  • Strong technical and electronic understanding
  • Solid knowledge of project business and sales processes
  • High level of initiative, flexibility, and sense of responsibility
  • Team player with an independent working style and excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel internationally (~50%)
