About the role: The Order Fulfillment Manager is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role serves as the primary liaison between internal teams and key customers, managing escalations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring compliance with contractual terms. The manager leads a team of Order Fulfillment Planners, drives performance to meet delivery targets, optimize revenue, and uphold service excellence. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Logistics to support strategic initiatives, manage complex customer requirements, and continuously improve fulfillment processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manages account requirements and oversee all order fulfilment processes.
- Develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships to drive performance.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for customer operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Build direct relationships with key customers, championing the company brand and advocating for customer needs.
- Facilitate recurring calls with customer operations and internal teams to review order progress and delivery requirements. Discusses pending shipments and specific delivery requirements

- Manage the team to ensure OEM drop shipments are executed with site delivery instructions
- Manage the team to ensure Contractual terms & conditions are understood and complied
- Tracks and executes orders making sure revenue goals are achieved and margins maximized
- Attend weekly MGMT revenue call as key contributor for Operations to confirm equipment revenue and identify risks/misses
- Works with Logistics to ensure all post manufacturing lead times are maintained
- Actively involved with Carrier selection/ RFPs for material transportation
- Works jointly with sales on new opportunities quotes Advanced Sales Orders
- Oversees sales order changes and manages customer expectations of these changes
- Oversees production of weekly status reports to the Customer
- Manages the team to work with customers to ensure logistics movements are agreed and discussed up front to include providing inspection requirements, weights and dims ahead of time so that we can better plan the logistical movement, ensure shipment method matches LC Contract and Inco terms
- Coordinates Systems Integration testing and customer Field Acceptance Testing requirements
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years’ experience in professional sales support, order management or customer service role preferably in a high-tech industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with experience managing key accounts and customer escalations
- Order fulfillment and supply chain management experience.
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Data analysis and reporting (Excel, Power BI)
- Understanding of Incoterms, LCs, and international shipping a plus
- Requires on-site support in Austin TX during each quarter end.
- This position may require up to 10% travel in order to carry out duties of the role.
