Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is seeking a dynamic and experience Producer to join their growing KMRD team in their Warrington, PA office. 

This is a full-time, onsite position.

Job Summary:

As a P&C Producer at KMRD, you will be part of a collaborative, client-focused team dedicated to helping organizations reduce the cost of risk. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored risk management solutions.

You will work closely with colleagues across disciplines to design, implement, and negotiate insurance programs that drive long-term value for our clients.

Essential Functions:

  • Generate and cultivate new relationships with qualified prospective clients.
  • Maintain accountability for ongoing client service and satisfaction.
  • Assess client and prospect risk management or benefits programs.
  • Contribute to program design and client service planning.
  • Negotiate initial program terms with carriers and support future renewals.
  • Deliver strategic initiatives and client-focused solutions.

Competencies:

  • Strong ability to partner with existing FRP Advisors to cross-sell P&C solutions into established accounts.
  • Proven capacity to generate referrals through professional and personal networks.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting and securing appointments through direct outreach.
  • Relationship-oriented, outgoing, and able to build trust quickly.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Solid technical knowledge of insurance and risk management—or a strong interest in developing this expertise.
  • Demonstrates strong intellectual curiosity with a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving
  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all work outputs.
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment, contributing positively to group dynamics and shared goals.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM (or comparable tools) strongly preferred.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience or a combination of education and equivalent professional background.
  • Established track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as required based on client and business needs.
