Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Clinical Nurse Director with a strong background in orthopedic surgical practice management and Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations. This pivotal leadership role will oversee clinical teams across Texas Regional Physicians and our affiliated Surgery Center, driving strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide strategic leadership to clinical staff, including TRP Orthopedics and Independent Contractor Physicians
• Oversee and optimize operations across orthopedic surgical services, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient workflows
• Collaborate with department directors to align clinical operations with strategic growth goals
• Partner with the Chief Nursing Operator at the Surgery Centers to coordinate and facilitate TRP surgeries
• Lead initiatives to increase surgical volume and streamline patient flow
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Support operations across multiple TRP locations
Requirements
Qualifications
• Active RN license in the state of Texas (required)
• Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Extensive experience in orthopedic practice management is required
• Experience in Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) management is a strong plus
• Proven success in fast-paced, multidisciplinary healthcare settings
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
