About the Opportunity

We’re excited to offer a rewarding casual opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting others in their daily lives. As a Home Care Worker, you’ll provide personalised, hands-on support to help participants live independently and meaningfully. Your role includes:

  • Companionship and social support
  • Meal preparation and domestic assistance
  • Medication support
  • Promoting independence and well-being

You'll be on the frontline of our Consumer Directed Services, working closely with participants to meet their individual needs. No two days are the same, and your contribution will help shape the quality of care we deliver.

About you

You're a compassionate and resilient individual, ready to make a real difference in the lives of others. Independent yet team-oriented, you thrive in dynamic environments and bring a calm, proactive approach to every challenge. Ideally, you have flexible availability and a strong commitment to delivering reliable, person-centered support.

You will need:

  • Certificate lll in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (Desirable but not essential) or equivalent working or lived experience
  • Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the role
  • Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • Right to Work within Australia
  • Satisfactory National Police Records Check (within the last 12 months old)
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
