Delaware North has operated concessions, premium dining, and restaurants at the Green Bay Packers' Lambeau Field and Titletown since 2012. At Titletown, we operate Homefield Pub + Social, featuring Topgolf Swing Suites, and host special events, including seasonal sledding and ice skating.
Responsibilities:- Oversee daily operations of restaurants and premium areas, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering high-quality food, beverage, service, safety, and sanitation standards
- Lead and develop team members through training, mentoring, performance evaluations, and accountability practices to foster growth and operational excellence
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost control efforts for food and beverage, including menu planning and design in collaboration with chefs, managers, and clients
- Maintain strong client and guest relations by responding to requests, facilitating special projects, and ensuring consistent service standards
- Ensure compliance with company policies and alcohol regulations, while driving innovation through new procedures that elevate service
- Bachelor's degree in business management, hospitality management, or related field highly preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a high-volume hospitality or restaurant environment
- Multi-unit experience, preferred
- At least two years of previous experience managing service personnel required
- Experience in effectively leading a team is required
- Ability to obtain ServSafe Food Safety Handler and Alcohol certifications
- Capacity to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business levels
