Position Duties
What You’ll DO:
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Review applications, assess qualifications, and collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection.
- Lead exit processes including interviews, resignation communications, and offboarding.
- Guide managers and supervisors on personnel policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Conduct investigations, recommend actions, and collaborate with the County HR and Legal Departments.
- Provide supervisory oversight to staff handling payroll and administrative support duties.
- Develop and implement staff training initiatives.
- Maintain workforce data for performance management and board reporting.
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Graduation from a four-year college or university and two years and six months of experience in personnel administration in a technical or administrative capacity involving the development of proposed policies and procedures and the application and interpretation of policies and procedures in at least one program area assigned to the position; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
