Workday HR Systems Manager - Reporting & Integration na BayWa r.e. AG

Reporting & Analytics

• Design, develop, and maintain Workday custom reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite) to meet HR and business needs.

• Build and optimize Workday dashboards for leaders, HR, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reports.

• Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to translate requirements into actionable Workday reports.

• Support compliance reporting, including audits and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, EEO, local labor laws).

Integrations

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.

• Manage and troubleshoot inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits platforms, recruiting tools).

• Ensure integrations meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.

• Work closely with IT and external vendors on integration projects and issue resolution.

System Support & Continuous Improvement

• Provide technical expertise for Workday configuration changes related to reporting and integrations.

• Participate in Workday release testing and assess impacts on existing reports and integrations.

• Document processes, configurations, and integration flows for knowledge sharing.

• Identify opportunities for process automation and improved data accessibility.
