Your Key Responsibilities
- General office administration and document control (EMS 05)
- Maintenance of site SharePoint and company documentation
- Period-end data entry (safety, environment, utilities, waste, EA reporting)
- Data entry into SHEASSURE system and tracking of key metrics
- Uploading accident documentation and supporting liability claims
- Organising meetings, RCAs, risk assessments, and minute-taking
- Preparing documentation for audits (customer, compliance, insurance)
- Maintaining internal audit schedules and action trackers
- Supporting SHE initiatives and communications (noticeboards, newsletters)
- Tracking safety observations and ensuring effective close-out
- Assisting with site-level safety tasks (e.g., defibrillator checks, first aid lists)
