  • Forecast demand, manage capacity limits, and optimize utilization across activities and attractions.
  • Build and manage sales channel performance, enhancing both direct and third-party distribution effectiveness.
  • Create promotional calendars, bundled offers, and cross-selling strategies that support lodge sales and elevate per-guest spend.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, ops, and guest services to deliver seamless, revenue-forward experiences that support group sales, day sales and overall TRevPOR
  • Deliver ongoing performance analytics and insightful recommendations to support ancillary innovation.

Key KPIs:

    • Proven success in revenue or yield management—especially involving ancillary or non-room products.
    • Strong analytical skills: modeling demand, understanding elasticity, and pricing optimization.
    • Operational savvy: informed decision-making through capacity, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery.
    • Marketing mindset: ability to build compelling bundles, offers, and promotional flows.
    • Tech onboarding experience—accustomed to using RMS systems, pricing tools, and analytics platforms.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • Mountain resort or theme park experience, especially managing high-volume summer/winter attractions.
    • Experience with dynamic pricing platforms or experimentation frameworks.
    • Background in F&B, ticketing, or attractions operations.
