PURPOSE
Joining the UK Product Management team, you will manage the commercial and strategic development of the merchant facing GP-hosted products such as our ECOM reporting tool. Primarily, the lead for the relationships with our key enterprise merchants and internal stakeholders, agree and manage the roadmap alongside bringing on board new innovations in this space.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Working with key business functions incl. Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships
Leads the engagement and analytics product distribution plan; working with key business functions incl. Sales, Customer Success and Partnerships
Partner with marketing on the development and creation of supporting sales / customer assets
Support solution and innovation workshops onsite with our customers or from our UK innovation centre
Support scaling initiatives - to share expertise via documentation, team meetings, training sessions
Produces quarterly report with insights for internal and external consumption
Host solution workshops between internal stakeholders and customers - whiteboarding together to craft solutions that meet complex requirements
Owns and manages feedback loop for respective focus area and feeds into product roadmap
Develops and reports on all pipeline activity across business groups
COMPETENCIES (KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS or ABILITIES / BEHAVIOUR)
● Minimum 1 years experience in product and team management
● Ideally knowledge of the payments industry
● Experience in product strategy, management and development
● Commercial acumen
● Proven experience in a customer-facing/relationship management role
● Excellent communication skills with an ability to deal with both internal and external customers at
all levels
● Highly motivated with an ability to positively influence others and challenge the status quo ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
