About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to work closely and support our CEO and CCO, playing a key role at the heart of the Bonhams leadership team. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, acting as a trusted partner and ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

About you

In your role as Executive Assistant you will be required to carry out the following:

 

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Manage and optimize the CEO and CCO's schedules, including meetings, appointments, travel, and events.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, effectively managing internal and external communications.
  • Prepare high-quality documents, presentations, reports, and correspondence.
  • Assist in tracking key deliverables, action items, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate and support executive leadership meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes, and logistics.

Travel & Expense Management:

  • Plan, book, and manage domestic and international travel arrangements.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and ensure smooth execution.
  • Process expense reports and reimbursements in a timely manner.

Confidential & Discretionary Duties:

  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Manage sensitive documents, contracts, and strategic communication.


In addition to the tasks and responsibilities listed, you may be required to perform other duties as assigned by your Manager.

  • At least 2-3 years’ experience working at a senior level.
