Job Title: Media & Partnerships Manager, B&W (2A)
Location: 100VE, London
Reports to: Senior Partnerships Manager, B&W
About Unilever
With 3.4 billion people in over 190 countries using our products every day, Unilever is a business that makes a real impact on the world. Work on brands that are loved and improve the lives of our consumers and the communities around us. We are driven by our purpose: to Brighten Everyday Life, and it is our belief that doing business the right way drives superior performance. At the heart of what we do is our people – we believe that when our people work with purpose, we will create a better business and a better world.
Job Purpose
We’re looking for a sharp, culturally curious Media & Partnerships Manager to join the Beauty & Wellbeing (B&W) Social-First Transformation team. This is a chance to help shape how our brands show up across the biggest platforms, the most exciting partnerships, and the ever-evolving media landscape.
You’ll work across some of our most iconic brands – from Dove Hair to TRESemmé, Vaseline to Sunsilk – helping to drive social-first thinking, platform innovation and breakthrough brand moments.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on key media and partnership initiatives, working closely with global teams, agencies and platforms to bring big ideas to life. You’ll also help build the next generation of our media approach – including a smarter, more agentic model to guide how markets activate.
What You’ll Work On
You’ll lead across four key areas:
Strategic Platforms
Help brands make the most of key platforms like TikTok, Meta, Google, Amazon, Spotify, and Reddit. You’ll keep teams up to speed on new features, platform trends, and what good looks like – turning all that into smart briefs, ideas and activations.
Culture-First Partnerships
Spot where brands and culture meet – whether that’s music, entertainment, creators or sport – and help teams turn that into relevant, authentic work. You’ll build capability, connect the dots, and support world-class execution.
Agency & Capability Building
Work with agencies and internal teams to sharpen how we show up in media. From creative scorecards to campaign reviews and ways of working, you’ll help make sure we’re set up to deliver at pace and at quality.
Next-Gen Media Model
You’ll play a key role in shaping a future-fit approach to media across B&W – building agentic guidance for markets and helping teams make smarter, faster decisions based on data, best practice and local needs.
What We’re Looking For
4+ years’ experience in media, partnerships, or digital marketing (brand or agency side).
Solid grasp of the media landscape – particularly social and digital – and how brands can show up in culture in a credible, impactful way.
You know how to turn a big idea into a plan, and a plan into action.
Comfortable working across multiple teams and markets – you’re a connector who keeps things moving and brings people with you.
Curious and plugged-in – from the latest creator trend to new AI tools, you’re the person others turn to for “what’s new and what’s next.”
A clear, confident communicator who’s comfortable crafting decks, running meetings and aligning stakeholders at all levels.
A team player with a bias for action and a genuine passion for brands, beauty, and culture.
Notes:
What We Offer
Not only do we offer a competitive salary and pension scheme, we also offer an annual bonus, subsidised gym membership, a discounted staff shop and shares. You’ll have the opportunity to work directly with our renowned and exciting brands in a flexible and hybrid working environment.
Whilst the role is advertised on a full-time basis, we would be happy to discuss possible flexible working options and what this may look like for you. We are a key advocate of wellbeing and offer a variety of support for our people including hubs, programmes and development opportunities. We strive to achieve a family-friendly and inclusive workplace and to, above all, create possibilities for all.
Diversity at Unilever is about inclusion, embracing differences, creating possibilities and growing together for better business performance. We embrace diversity in our workforce. This means giving full and fair consideration to all applicants and continuing development of all employees regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, race, religion or belief, sex, sexual orientation, marriage and civil partnership, and pregnancy and maternity. We are also more than happy to provide reasonable adjustments during our application and interview process to enable you to be present your best self. Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
What can I do?
If you become aware of potential recruitment fraud, spot fake Unilever recruitment adverts or fake LinkedIn profiles, report them via Una Live Chat.
Unilever does not accept responsibility or liability for any candidates who are financially impacted by recruitment fraud. Your vigilance is key!
