About the role:
As a Benefits Analyst you will manage the administration, analysis, and support of our employee benefits programs, including health and welfare, and leave of absence, and wellness plans. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, assists in third-party administrator, vendor and data management, and supports employee communications and education regarding benefits offerings.
You will report to the Senior Manager, Global Health & Welfare Benefits. This job is hybrid work if near our Cranberry Township, HQ location or remote work schedule in other locations in the US.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily operations of employee benefit programs (medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, disability) and Program Administration.
Escalation points for employees, and HR team, between TPA and benefits vendors/carriers.
Maintain and audit employee benefits data in HRIS systems.
Prepare regular and ad hoc reports related to enrollment, claims, costs, trends, and use.
Support annual plan reviews, benchmarking, and vendor performance analysis.
Ensure plans comply with federal, state, and local laws (ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, FMLA).
Update benefits communication materials, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Ensure all knowledge articles, checklists and forms are updated and uploaded in ServiceNow Knowledgebase
Maintain benefits knowledgebase in ServiceNow and ensure that checklists, job aids are available for ESS and MSS
Collaborate with third-party administrators, brokers, and carriers to ensure service delivery.
Monitor and escalate service issues and help manage annual renewals and plan changes
Ensure that the Global H&W knowledge base is up to date and expired data is archived.
Audit and analyze trends, use patterns to provide insight to support data-driven decisions and to show Return on investment
Other job responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3+ years' experience supporting company benefit programs
Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, UKG or other systems)
Knowledge of employee benefits laws and requirements
CEBS/PHR/SHRM-CP or other benefit related certification preferred
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $64,800 to $81,000 per year.
