Superintendents shall supervise all subcontractors, consultants, and vendors and Assistant superintendents on a daily basis. This supervision shall ensure adequate manpower is available for each task and compliant work performed. This position shall be responsible for monitoring project security personnel.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Knowledge of the retail construction industry including reading and interpreting blue prints.
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must own reliable transportation, with a willingness to travel up to (85-95%)
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a positive attitude
• Own and have experience using hand and power tools
• Work effectively on a team, successfully manage a team up to 5
• Candidate must be able to manage on-site project from kick-off to close out while managing and
directing other trades (5 varies types of trades)
• Able to work overnight as needed

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid
conditions; moving mechanical parts; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions; extreme cold and extreme heat. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
