CREW COMM CONTROLLER – FSC
Organization Context
Position Title: Crew Comm. Controller

Job Purpose
Responsible for effective communication across various stakeholders such as Operating Crew, Flt Ops, Cabin Crew division, AOD, CJM, Hotac etc. involved in aviation operations.
Key Accountabilities
· Facilitate clear and concise communication between the OCC and other departments (e.g., flight operations, ground operations, maintenance, and customer service).
· Ensure that critical information such as APIS is transmitted in a timely and effective manner to all border agencies.
· Address queries and provide timely responses to crew members regarding rostering and duty assignments.
· Address any queries or concerns raised by crew members regarding roster changes or assignments promptly and professionally.
· Crosschecking crew scheduled for US flights with MCL and sending TSA mails to all US stations in a timely and effective manner.
· Coordinating with MCC staff for their movement to send their APIS on time.
· Clearing Crew passport details on Australian portal before their first travel to Australia.
· Ensuring all communication related to Crew movement, delays are informed to all stakeholders.

Educational and Experience Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement A bachelor’s degree
Minimum Requirement Desired
Experience 1 year of Experience in airline operations, knowledge of MS excel and communication skills 1 year of Experience in airline operations, particularly in roles involving crew management, knowledge of MS excel and communication skills
