Job Qualification

  • Education Level : Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or a related field
  • Experience : 7+ years
  • Language Skill : Good command of both written and spoken English
  • Computer Skill : Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Other Knowledge and Skills : Strong logical thinking ability and good communication skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle the daily administrative tasks.
  • Ensure the office is well-organized and maintained, ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Responsible for canteen and logistics management.
  • Handle audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records and documents.
  • Foster effective communication between various departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and propose improvements.

  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
