Our Sales team, in Melbourne CBD, is currently seeking talented Novated Leasing Consultants to join us on permanent full time basis.

 

What you'll do:
•    Qualify and nurture connections for our Vehicle Solutions
•    Provide lease quotations and assist with credit applications
•    Source vehicles and liaise with external dealers
•    Deliver exceptional customer service to achieve high NPS scores
•    Manage your pipeline effectively through our CRM system
•    Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
•    Meet and exceed KPIs in transactions, customer satisfaction, and compliance
•    Share process improvement ideas and participate in team meetings

 

Who you are:
•    Sales-savvy with excellent communication skills
•    Organised and able to manage your time effectively
•    Independent yet a team player
•    Knowledgeable about financial and leasing products
•    Experienced in sales (12+ months preferred) and comfortable with high-volume phone calls
