The Role & Team
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to join our Audiology Marketing team on a 12-month contract. Reporting into the Marketing Manager – Activation and Trade, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Audiology business to achieve its ambitious growth targets, with a strong focus on Activation and Trade Marketing, including Local Area Marketing (LAM) initiatives that drive hearing check bookings, sales, and average order value.
As the Marketing Executive, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to bring campaigns to life, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and with measurable impact. You will support the development and execution of the LAM marketing calendar across Australia and New Zealand, managing activities from initial brief through to campaign review. You will also be responsible for ensuring creative is aligned to the Specsavers brand voice and guidelines, while working with agencies and studios to deliver engaging and effective content.
This role will see you play a key part in delivering campaigns that land effectively in store, whether through point-of-sale, events, or partner communications. You will also support budget tracking and campaign reporting, providing insights that help optimise future activity.
We embrace a hybrid work approach to ensure a great work-life balance. When you're not working remotely, you’ll be based at our Support Office in Port Melbourne, ready to make things happen!
The Skills We’re Looking For:
Knowledge and experience in Local Area Marketing (LAM), including planning, execution, and measurement of campaigns to drive community engagement and local growth
Proven ability to develop and deliver creative briefs that translate into effective campaigns
Strong communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and external partners
Ability to meet strict deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
