You’ve worked cross-functionally to build scalable solutions that benefit multiple teams
You have solid frontend engineering experience — and curiosity for AI’s role in developer workflows
You’re passionate about inclusive design, even if you’re not an accessibility expert (yet!)
You value mentorship, feedback, and creating a safe space for engineers to thrive
You care about developer experience, performance and elegant solutions
