Where the team fits in 

This is a new role in the Transformation and Integration team. We are expanding our change management resources to provide more support to the business for large-enterprise change programs

You will work closely with project teams to develop and execute change management required to achieve success.

 

What the role is all about 

  • Lead the development and execution of change management strategies, frameworks, and support large-scale transformation

  • Create and implement end-to-end change plans that minimise disruption and maximise adoption

  • Partner with leaders, stakeholders, corporate communications, and product/delivery teams to analyse change impacts, align messaging, and design tailored engagement strategies for different audiences

  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, secure sponsorship, and lead engagement forums, ensuring activities are sequenced, scheduled, and delivered on time

  • Design and manage the change journey, applying continuous feedback loops and performance insights to refine approaches

  • Mentor teams, enhance internal change capability, and optimise the REA Change Framework through coaching and workshops

  • Assess training needs, collaborate with learning specialists to deliver targeted training and tools, and measure change effectiveness to drive ongoing improvement

  • Communicate complex initiatives simply, ensuring all stakeholders understand the why, what, and how, and what it means for them

 

Who we’re looking for 

  • Proven track record in leading large-scale organisational change and transformation programs

  • Strong background in developing and executing change management strategies, frameworks, and end-to-end plans

  • Experience applying recognised change management methodologies, processes, and tools

  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement at all levels, including senior leaders and cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct change impact analysis and translate findings into actionable strategies

  • Skilled in designing and delivering clear, audience‑specific communications for complex initiatives

  • Experience partnering with communications and learning teams to create targeted messaging, training, and adoption programs

  • Capability in mentoring, coaching, and uplifting internal change capability

  • Strong facilitation skills for workshops, stakeholder forums, and engagement activities

  • Experience defining and tracking success metrics and adjusting approaches based on performance data and feedback

  • Ability to simplify and articulate complex information to ensure stakeholder understanding
