The Job

The Commercial Coordinator ensures that the processes surrounding participation, variation, execution, compliance, and administration of contracts are carried out efficiently and effectively. They liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to facilitate and process orders, adjustments, amendments, payments, terminations, negotiations, and other generalised requests to support the cross-functional collaboration of the broader Simpro Group teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Process, update, and maintain customer orders and contract details within internal systems in line with strict policy, procedure and compliance

  • Field, facilitate, create & process order amendments

  • Manage general enquiries & subsequent orders related to ownership transfers, data migrations, contract renegotiation & renewals

  • Work with other internal teams to manage and resolve contract queries, including disputes and negotiations.

  • Effectively manage the handover of customers to implementation, bookings and stock teams post-sale, including creating any internal jobs, work orders, follow-up tasks, or notes.

  • Other regular ad hoc duties (such as licence & billing audits, allowances, corrections, and data cleansing), as delegated by the Head of Department or other leaders from the Finance or Revenue Operations teams.

  • Responsible for checking the financial health of new customers in line with agreed CV levels.

  • Manage all incoming commercial enquiries, track interactions and maintain accurate and current customer records in the CRM.

What You’ll Bring

  • At least two years of experience in a similar role

  • High degree of organisation and initiative and a sharp eye for detail

  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to fluctuating and changing priorities and procedures in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Exceptional communication skills

  • Proficiency/experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
