THE ROLE
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILTIES
Equipment Operation
• Ensures a flawlessly executed event through accurately and timely set-up, operation,
and breakdown of audio-visual equipment
Customer Service
• Maintains a positive attitude and relationship with clients through effective
communication
• Meets with guests on-site to ensure that their needs are met and the equipment is
working properly.
• Monitors events and checks in on customers throughout the day and evening
• Remains in the banquet room or event space during the entire event to monitor event
and the client throughout. Leaves only to check other events that may be happening
at the same time.
