The Opportunity

Reporting to the General Manager at our Suffolk Center, you will be accountable for delivery and evaluation of training and development solutions. You will function as a leader within the site and manage all facets of fulfillment operations training and the continuous learning & development needs of our warehouse team members. In partnership with HR, operations leadership and internal partners, you will ensure the development of dynamic training programs and supportive learning tools. This will include the use of data and analytics to measure and maintain successful training by all training resources. You will work onsite at our Suffolk Distribution site.

Your Impact

  • You will implement and Execute training and development solutions
  • Develop curricula to meet the needs of each group within established expectations and guidelines.
  • Provide performance coaching and feedback to supervisors, managers and support staff with regard to performance
  • Identify training needs in by working with department managers to target areas needing improvement
  • Conducting needs analysis with trainees after program completion

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 1 – 3 years of Training experience in an adult setting.
  • Previous experience consulting with managers regarding performance and quality gaps and developing solutions.
