At DXC, one of our platinum accounts has an opening for a Secure People Lead. This role will include working across all three sites with the opportunity for home working. Expectation is 2/3 days a week on any site with approximate once a month travel to other locations. The Olympus Secure People Lead (SPL) manage teams responsible for infrastructure services.

Role responsibilities:
•    Manage the alignment of people, encouraging an environment to thrive whilst protecting the Mission.
•    Collate and analyse systematic and anecdotal facts and data to effectively conduct strategic workforce planning.
•    Be self-organised as part of a team to drive excellence, creative collisions, and release capacity from high performing personnel.
•    Keep abreast of new initiatives and encourage collaboration through skills mapping.
•    Be a conduit between the Senior Leadership Team and workforce, positively and transparently communicating effectively.
•    Support the Account Transformation, including the collaboration with sub-contractors.
•    Continuously develop your skills for today but understand the requirements for the future.
•    Identify future skills and training needs encapsulating Modern Workplace.
•    Support in the development and execution of infrastructure strategies and projects.
•    Monitor and maintain the performance, availability, and security of infrastructure systems.
•    Collaborate with other teams or customers to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
•    Implement and adhere to infrastructure best practices and standards.
•    Act as a point of contact for resolving infrastructure-related issues and incidents.
•    Assist in creating and maintaining infrastructure documentation.
•    Participate in optimising resource allocation for infrastructure projects and initiatives.
•    Recognise your colleagues through the recognition tool and show your appreciation for excellent work.
•    Surface and mature client opportunities working as part of Delivery Led Growth Epics.
•    Assisting the Senior Leadership Team to advance the overall reputation and perception of DXCA in the High Secure Sector.
•    Protect the core business with operational efficiency whilst consistently intertwining social values.
