The Supper Series Team shall assist the co-chairs in all aspects of running a successful Supper Series. Supper Series is a fundraising organization in which volunteers partner with a local restaurants to deliver food and in turn, get to keep a portion of the profit. The responsibilities of the executive team will include attending Supper Series events and supporting chairs with required tasks, keeping track of all transactions that occur during the event, and attending Supper Series meetings.
Applications will be available until Sept 14th, 2025 at 5:00pm EST.
Expected Time Commitment and Remuneration
12-month term from May 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026 with a time commitment of 1-3 hours/week
*Eligible candidates must have paid the Arts & Science Undergraduate Membership Fee
8-month term from Sept 1st, 2025 to April 30th, 2026 with a time commitment of 5 hours/week
Duties and Responsibilities
Event Liaison [2]
- Coordinate in person fundraising events with local Kingston restaurants
- Develop and maintain partnerships with Kingston restaurants
- Assist co-chairs with event sanctioning and pre-event logistics
Event Promoter and Marketing Coordinator [2]
- Run Instagram account and develop graphics for Supper Series
- Host promotional events to encourage students to attend in person fundraising events
- Attend in person events and encourage students to engage with partner restaurants
