Job Responsibilities

Drive implementation of TV Plans

  • Tracking of critical planning metrics by markets- GRP’s, reach & freq Target
  • Ensure Buying metrics – CPRP, Sponsorships , Spots Recon : end to end plan implementation and weekly monitoring
  • Manage marketing budget
  • Track secondary metrics such as associate sponsorship in National / Regional media channels
  • Drive integration idea along with total time of run, closure of the integration idea and Implementation

Drive implementation of Print Plans

  • Market wise plan closures- Mix of rounds,Ad sizes
  • Buying: Ensure rate for publications are maintained historically
  • Track number of Print campaigns implemented
  • Brief the agency basis market priorities and number of rounds agree
  • Upgradation in Ad size within approved budget

Implentation of Outdoor OOH/Activation/Cinema

  • Identify the agency/ vendor, leverage multi-vendor arrangement to get the best quotes
  • Drive campaigns implemented in regional locations
  • Outdoor media selection and coordination with agencies and Regional Managers, rate verification and bill review and clearance.
  • Drive large property events such as Mall activations by working on elements such as Mall Rentals, weekend activities with the agencies, Sales script and closure, Manpower identification and training

 

Campaign Management

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of offline media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with creative teams and vendors to ensure timely delivery of assets and materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, spot opportunities for optimization, and troubleshoot issues.

Stakeholders

  • Internal: Sales team, Brands team, R&D team
  • External: Agencies, Media partners & Customers
