Summary

The Manager Strategic Operations serves as a critical partner to the executive leadership team, functioning at the intersection of executive support, operational leadership, and strategic execution. This highly visible role blends the rigor and discretion of a Senior Executive Assistant with the proactive foresight and operational insight of a Chief of Staff. You will be responsible for optimizing executive time, facilitating cross-functional initiatives, managing strategic priorities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day business operations. 

 

This role is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office 2-3 days per week based out of our Dallas, TX Headquarters. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and expense reporting.
  • Act as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing internal and external communications on behalf of the executive.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and agendas; ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Maintain absolute confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of work.
  • Drive alignment across strategic initiatives by coordinating cross-functional collaboration and ensuring timely execution of key priorities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to develop and track organizational initiatives.
  • Facilitate leadership meetings, strategic planning sessions, and key business reviews.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks or risks to execution and work cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Lead and manage special projects and initiatives from concept to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Implement efficient internal processes and systems that enhance executive productivity and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate and monitor progress on executive-level tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and priorities are clear.
  • Serve as a central point of contact across departments for executive-related initiatives.
  • Draft communications and strategic messaging as needed.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration across leadership and departmental stakeholders.

Education & Experience

  • 5–8+ years of experience in a high-level Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations, or similar role supporting senior executives.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and execution.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Experience in a high-growth environment.
  • Expert in Microsoft Office Suite.
