What You’ll Do

  • Analyze data using Encompass Portfolio Manager to create precise weekly and monthly demand forecasts, aligning with marketing and operations for promotional and operational needs.
  • Manage orders and track performance via Encompass supply chain reports, ensuring optimal inventory levels, high fill rates, and uncompromised product quality despite variable supplier lead times.
  • Build strong relationships with supplier representatives, seeking opportunities to enhance supply chain efficiency without negotiating contractual terms.
  • Oversee logistics and product transfers between four distribution locations using Encompass tools to maintain balanced inventory and prevent disruptions.
  • Collaborate in weekly supply chain and quality meetings with cross-functional teams to align on goals and maintain seamless communication.
  • Escalate major supply chain issues to leadership and sales/marketing management for rapid resolution.
  • Address quality concerns, such as close-dated products, by partnering internally and with distributors to manage inventory effectively.
  • Monitor key metrics (inventory days, fill rates, freshness) to minimize waste and uphold company standards.
  • Support team members across departments and take on additional tasks as directed by the Product Supply Manager.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in beverage industry or supply chain is a plus.
  • Some higher education (e.g., associate or bachelor’s degree) preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
  • Adaptability to manage dynamic supplier and operational challenges.
