Summary:

Ensures the accurate and timely processing of collateral liens for consumer, mortgage and commercial loans. Ensures UCC continuations are filed accurately and timely.

Education and/or Experience:

• High School diploma or GED required
• Minimum one year lending experience required

Essential Skills:

• Basic Word and Excel skills

• Accurate data entry and proofreading skills

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Strong written and verbal communications skills

Job Responsibilities:

• Utilize the Dealertrack platform to ensure the perfection of vehicle liens. Monitor and resolve all exceptions that would prevent lien filing and contact members to resolve unperfected liens.
• Log all out of state vehicle titles received, send perfected titles to Dealertrack for processing, and work with member and appropriate DMV to resolve unperfected titles
• Review perfected mortgage recording documents to verify accuracy, input recording information into Core System for tracking purpose, and work with appropriate departments and vendors to correct erroneous recordings
• Run reports in Dealertrack and Core System to monitor status of liens and work with appropriate departments and third party vendors to resolve unperfected liens
• File UCC continuations with the appropriate county to ensure there is no gap in lien perfection and run reports to ensure timely filing of UCC continuations
• Monitor the filing of mortgage satisfactions to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Perform other duties as needed upon request by immediate supervisor

The good faith range for this position is $22.50 - $26.50 an hour. This range is an estimate, based on potential employee qualifications and operational needs. The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law.
