Job Title: Hybrid Cloud – Risk & Compliance Senior Consultant
Experience: 3–6 Years
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Hybrid Cloud consultant to lead the design, implementation, and governance of hybrid cloud and EUC infrastructure in alignment with enterprise risk, compliance, and resilience frameworks. This role will support key domains—IT Risk Management, GRC, Cloud & Data Governance, Enterprise Resilience, AI Risk Governance—ensuring secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement secure, compliant hybrid cloud and EUC infrastructure.
- Integrate infrastructure risks into IT Risk Management programs by:
- Conducting risk assessments and control validations across hybrid environments
- Automating control testing using tools like Azure Policy, AWS Config, and GCP Security Command Center
- Support GRC operations by:
- Mapping infrastructure controls to frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST SP 800-53, SOC 2, and PCI DSS
- Ensuring compliance reporting and audit readiness for hybrid cloud and EUC systems
- Designing resilient hybrid cloud architectures with multi-region failover and backup strategies Supporting crisis management testing and business continuity planning reporting resilience metrics using tools like Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and Splunk
Required Skills:
- Hybrid Cloud Platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), VMware vSphere/NSX
- Experience with risk and compliance frameworks: ISO 27001/27017, NIST, SOC 2, PCI DSS, COBIT.
- Familiarity with GRC tools (e.g., Archer, ServiceNow GRC).
- Understanding of regulatory requirements (DORA, GDPR, AI Act).
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Cloud: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Architect
- Risk/Compliance: CRISC, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer
- ITIL/Service Management: ITIL v4 Foundation or higher
