Job Description
- As a digital marketer you will:
- Advise on the effective channel strategy and digital tactics, and own their end-to-end delivery, using appropriate internal and external resources
- Advise on a mix of content format based on objectives and target audience
- Strategize for paid campaigns
- Manage the flow of content through digital channels
- Own the reporting of digital KPIs and deriving insights to drive improvements in future campaigns
- Work closely with Capgemini’s senior executives and opinion leaders
- Provide excellent service to colleagues across the business, helping them to make the most of our digital capabilities and channels
- Bring new ideas and thinking, and monitor the marketplace for upcoming trends in campaigns, formats, and technologies, to keep adding value
- Play an active role in the team, contributing insights and best practice
Job Responsibilities
- Experience in digital/social marketing/communications – strategy, planning, execution, analytics, and evaluation
- Strong working knowledge and experience of digital tools and channels, and content formats.
- Good knowledge of content marketing focused on creating, publishing, and distributing content on social channels.
- Hands on experience in content creation for digital channels
- Good understanding of social & digital trends in the space of Online Reputation Management, Channel Management, channel analytics and digital campaign management
- Hands on knowledge of digital and social tools like Hootsuite, Google Analytics, LinkedIn campaign manager, UTM builders
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn campaign manager, , Google ads, Facebook ads
- Interest in technology and innovation topics
- Track record, either in-house or for an agency, consulting customers to understand objectives and, in response, planning activities and execution
- Ability to manage multiple projects across teams and geographies, to deliver under pressure to tight deadlines, quality and cost - and adapt to changing priorities
Experience/Skill/Qualification
- At least 7 - 9 years’ experience in digital and social media marketing
- Understanding of B2B Sales processes
- Experience in social advocacy tools like Sociabble
- Good experience across program management; strategic planning; customer interaction management
- Has worked in a global environment with a sound application of cultural sensitivity
- Proven experience in increasing operations efficiency & service delivery through process improvements, automation, team building and people management skills
- Has been able to bring innovative solutions to challenges, as well as act and produce desired outcomes with limited direction
- Demonstrated strong relationship building, communication, and influencing skills
