In This Role, You Will:
- Work in a beautiful, well-appointed showroom and interact directly with clients to design spaces that inspire and delight.
- Drive your business by making connections with clients in the showroom and through personal outreach.
- Partner with clients by listening to their needs, visiting their homes, and ultimately bringing their design dreams to life using our cutting-edge technologies and design tools.
- Have access to over 200 of the best brands in the industry, including Century, Four Hands, Bernhardt, Vanguard, Hancock & Moore, Baker, Rowe, Hickory Chair.
- Efficiently manage multiple clients and projects to meet or exceed monthly sales goals.
- Be supported by a dedicated team of client service, accounting, and delivery professionals.

Compensation Notes:
- Hourly compensation for the first 4 months, with option to switch to commission sooner.
- Then 100% commission, uncapped, prepaid at time of order
- Annual Pay Range: $45,000-$130,000 (Year 1 Average $51,000 / Year 2 Average $61,000)
- Average Commission: 7.55% (Range: 6.6%-8.7%)

Requirements
- 2+ years of interior design or consultative sales experience.
- A track record of business success that demonstrates the ability to lead a sales process and achieve sales goals.
- A natural ability to engage, connect, and develop relationships.
- Someone who is highly motivated by commission sales.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
