Description
- Work directly with customers in-store and in the local market to lead our mission and support customer needs.
- Responsibility for revenue growth by identifying and closing sales opportunities and driving B2B traffic to the store.
- Lead in-store efforts to ensure the satisfaction of B2B customer needs.
- 2+ years of business to business (B2B) sales experience.
- Must be a self-starter with a strong commitment to achieving company sales goals.
- A passion for service to offer solution options to our Commercial customers.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work primary hours of Monday-Friday day shift plus occasional special events.
- Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to travel locally by car within a 20-mile radius.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
