The Financial Reporting Manager will assure timely and accurate financial reporting and coordinate audits as required by lender covenants; oversee Accounting Staff; assure internal and budgetary controls are adhered to; understand, document, maintain and train others, regarding MG Accounting Policies and Procedure; and assist Director of Accounting, Accounting department, Investments department and Operations department in achieving company goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Accounting or Finance
Certified Public Accountant/Candidate
Minimum two years’ accounting experience, preferably in public accounting environment
Comprehensive understanding of financial reporting
Experienced at tracking and analyzing costs and budgets
Excellent computer skills, specifically Microsoft Excel. Yardi or similar accounting software experience a plus
Proficient at managing process and personnel.
Ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize workload.
Ability to motivate others.
Strong attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits

$110,000-$130,000 annually DOE
Company profit sharing

California pay range

$110,000—$130,000 USD
