Shift: 10:15pm - 6:40am, Sunday - Thursday, with overtime on the weekends as needed (*$1.50 shift premium for working 3rd shift)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Transport raw plastic materials (e.g., pellets, resins) to and from production machines.
- Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Maintain a steady supply of materials to injection machines throughout the shift.
- Label and store finished goods in designated warehouse locations.
- Record material movements using scanners and documentation systems.
- Follow all safety and material handling procedures.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of obstructions.
- Collaborate with machine operators, supervisors, and quality control staff.
- Report defective materials or unsafe conditions promptly
Qualifications:
Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic math and reading skills.
- Mechanically inclined; able to perform minor repairs.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a strong attendance record.
- Prior experience in plastics material handling or warehouse work in a manufacturing setting preferred.
- Knowledge of plastic materials and processes is a plus.
Certifications:
- Forklift certification or ability to become certified.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Frequent twisting, bending, and overhead lifting (e.g., dumping 50 lb scrap barrels).
- Ability to walk for 8+ hour shifts.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to noise, heat, and plastics processing equipment.
- Use of PPE such as gloves, safety glasses, and hearing protection may be required.
